This rigorous film-acting course is aimed at aspiring and beginners level actors, as well as theatrically trained actors, wanting to make the transition from stage to screen.
Intro:
This is a detailed programme, which will provide a perfect entry point for students to begin their career in screen. The course runs over 8 evenings and covers everything from casting, rehearsing, shooting and performance analysis.

Lead Tutor: Maureen O’Connell
Maureen O’Connell is a professional actor & filmmaker from Dublin.
After graduating from the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in July 2012, she has done numerous shows in the West End, London, UK nationwide tours and worked for the BBC and RTÉ on several television series.
She is also a filmmaker with a Diploma in Film Production from Ballyfermot College and has screened her films both nationally and on the international stage at film festivals worldwide, the most recent being this summer at the Bluestocking Film Series in Portland, Maine, USA.
Maureen has taught acting extensively for RADA since graduating.
